SWR: What is good software to make STDS, etc

Like to put our pics in a photostrip or just make it pretty?

On my PC I used to use publisher. But my PC is dying..anything for mac? Or anything good for PC that may come in Mac?

Im not familiar with Mac, but for our photostrip magnets we used photoshop. It worked like a charm!

I have a $130 gift certificate for the apple store and I was thinking of getting a wacom pad with photoshop elements. can I make cards, calendars, etc with it?

Im sorry, I dont know. Im not familiar with elements. We just used the regular photoshop edition. I dont see how it would make a difference though. I suppose you could use elements.

I used PS Elements to design my STD's. They were pretty simple. You can most definitely do the photo strip. And that will tie in with your photo booth

Yeah we were SOO loving the photo booth, and everyone knows photography is a big hobby of mine and I've seen teh STDs where people use photobooth pics for STDS and I love it and I actually want to use my photobooth pics on my STDS

Photoshop is best, but you can probably also pull it off with Microsoft Picture It!!

you can get amazing student discounts with adobe and mac... you can actually get full photoshop for the price of elements i believe...

Very cute and can even do some other 'photo' related touches. I know Divabride did a photostrip STD and was so cute.

photoshop elements is the 'easy button' verison of photoshop.. many similarites but not every single tool is on elements that is on regular photoshop

I would Love Photoshop but it's so $$$

I can afford elements

Someone mentioned PictureIt..that's what i meant..those are the kinds of things I want to do

I just designed our STDs with Photoshop Elements. That program is amazing. I sent the file to Vista Print to have them print up the magnets.

I tried to add a picture, but it's just waaaay too big. Will try and get something up shortly.
