T-Mobile Customer Service

I just want to say that I nver had such a great experience before that I did last night when I called T mobiles Customer service line. I was on hold for less than 2 minutes, and the person that helped me was so nice and sincere. She didnt try to sell me anything, or tell me I could remove the item off my service. She did everything I wanted done, and I was off the phone in no time.

I have never had a good experience while dealing with a cellular service customer service rep. I have dealt with at&t and Sprint, and they werent as nice as this T mobile person was. This just makes me like my cellphone more than I did before....

that's cool.. I have verizon.. and they drive me crazy! they're nice too.. but they are always looking to charge me a late fee even though the bill is ALWAYS paid on time.

I Love T-mobile. You know you can change your plan on line.

Well they are nice but they still get on my nerves a bit. You should get nasty witht ehm and they throw bonus minutes at you. I have them too.

ps - is it just tmoble or does midtown STINK with reception, I swear i get to school and the thing craps out.
