are you doing these? I think i might have one per table than ask the guest to email me their photos they take....has anyone done this? is it successful or go with more table cameras?

We did the table cameras and it worked out great. We got lots of nice pics of us and our guests. We did 2 cameras per table (had about 10-12 people per table).
I'm glad we did the cameras because our pro photographer didn't have many pictures of just the guests.

thats why i want the table cameras...but is doing both putting cameras and asking the guests to email me pictures to much?

well i have a bunch of kids coming to the wedding as well....for my engagement party we did the cameras and we got some great pictures. My wedding is daytime wedding so im not worried about the pictures being dark or anything i just want crazy partying shots not just what the photographer will take.

I agree. You might have better luck like you said because it is a day wedding but most of the pics taken with mine didn't come out great at all. If you do get them, I'd go for the better ones, like Fuji or something. I got the cute wedding ones and felt that that might have been a factor in the poor picture quality.

I'm having a display on each table with a card with my email address that says 'Please send us your digital pics!' or something like that. I completely stole that idea from another bride on here!!

We did table cameras one on each table, I put a nice monogram tag on them with matching ribbon and they were a hit!!! Most cameras were full. My personal opinion, 1 camera per table is enough.

Don't get to disappointed if only a couple of people respond. We put the note in our favor and I think only 3 people all in my bp did this for us.

I plan on doing it! YOu can get some good pics from your guest point of view. And sometimes your photographer might not be around and one of your guest will get the pics.

I've heard mixed reviews. I'm paying for two photographers already I don't want to risk spending the extra money for something that may not come out right.
