I had the idea to use 4 x 7 or 5 x 7 gold frames as table number and have each table be a definition of happy marriage ( ie Table 1 Love + the definition, Table 2 honesty etc etc...)
But I am kinda over this
I may want to use our e-pics in sepia tone and in gold frames instead
do I need a special program to add the numbers/ words to the pics? I fooled around in Microsoft Paint but was unsure how to do it.

If you don't have photoshop, you should be able to do it right in paint- just open the pic in Paint and add text boxes

I will try again later tonight. I tried this and it left a white gap in the pic ...

Go to Picnik.com. You can upload pictures and add the numbers and borders etc for free. Its a really cool site. Here is one example of one that I made with our doggy

oo ok, I haven't used it in forever... I know in word if you double click the text box you can select 'No line' and 'No fill' for the box... maybe it's something similar?
If not, I totally forgot about Picnik.... awesome site!
And I totally feel you, months ago I planned on making my own table numbers out of our engagement pics... but I'm even less motivated than you are, I think I'm just gonna have the RH put their plain ones out I'm sick of planning!
