Table numbers Question--frames or wine bottles?

I think thats a cute idea!
But people might not realize to look at the bottle. Also it seems it might be expensive to buy that many bottles of wine.

thats the thing!! the wine bottle seems like more money and more work!

Yea we dont need more work
What about finding frames with grapes on them?

since a wine bottle 'belongs' on a table, it'll blend in too much and people probably won't know to look at the label.

BUT

what if you attached the table number/name to a piece of wire (like a pipe cleaner) and wrapped the wire around the bottle's neck? That way people will see the number easily

i agree if you go the bottle route this is a great idea! I think it would look great.. but if it turns out to be too much money and work im sure frames will be just as nice!!

Hate to crash here, but..........

My whole wedding was vineyard themed and I had thought about the wine bottle idea too, but my reception hall puts two bottles on the table anyways for drinking, one red one white, so it would have just gotten lost.......

This is what we decided on......30 different wine names.......one for every table, and we ended up using the corks instead to hold it up......



Here it is on a table set up:
