Table seating

We're actually going to have the tables to be names from places(vacations)that we've been to. for Ex: Punta cana table.. At each table we're gonna have a picture of the particular place we visited. As far as seating cards I spoke with the owner from the catering hall, and he gave me an idea that wont cost a penny. He said instead of having seating cards he will have 2 people at the entrance of the ball room. The guest will give them their names and they will be escorted to their table. That way because it's a one event wedding I can have pictures of us pretty much on the tables.
