Re: Tables
Great Question......thanks for asking i was thinking of this myself.
I was thinking of splitting them up between tables. I kind of feel bad for their dates who have to sit at a table alone. Is there a standard etiquette for seating the BP? or can we just do what we want?

Thats exactly what Im doing. I went to a wedding where my FH was a groomsmen and he sat only with the bridal party and I wasnt even seated with his friends that knew me. I was far from them and was uncomfortable the whole night. I would never do that again or have my guests feel uncomfortable.

Re: Tables
They're going to sit with their families. For our friends, we may just lump them at one table, but it depends, because I'd rather sit my BP friends with my other friends, and some of their families may be invited as well, so I'll probably have 1 friend table and FH will probably have 1 friend table with their families.

Re: Tables
We are going to put our bridal party with their group of friends and put them with their boyfriend/girlfriend. I want people to have as much fun as possible. I sat at the bridal table for my sisters wedding and didnt really like it.

Re: Tables
I haven't gotten that far in the planning but I do know what I might do as of now:
Brother and SIL - sit with my parents FBIL and FSIL (FH's brother/SIL) - sit with FH's parents GM and date - sit with his parents
Three other BM's their dates, and remaining GM and date sit at a table together...
That's the plan for now; but as we all know, things change!

Re: Tables
my bridal party will DEFINITELY be with their dates, I would NEVER separate them, because that would be awful, but..... I just didn't know if people just mix them into the crowd or make a special table.
As I mentioned we were doing girls and dates at one table and guys and dates at another table... But they wouldn't be with people not in bridal party, does that make sense???
