Anyone using them?? I feel like it always takes them forever to get back to me...I have been waiting a month to get a call back. What's the deal??

I used them for my chair covers, you can check out my review for pics. I would try emailing Donna and calling her again. She was always pretty good at getting back to me right away. She was great to work with and did a fantastic job.

im using donna w tablewear and shes awesome....i would call her cell number instead of the office number...the website has two numbers
