Tackling next DIY project - Seating Chart

So my next DIY project I am trying to finish up (besides the final details such as the people's names) is our Seating Chart. This will be framed on an easel outside of the main room so the guests can look up their table.

I have been working on this for a while and it was missing something but since I created the watermark I used in the programs and menus I decided to use it here as well and I like the way it came out.

What do you girls think? Do you think I should change anything? Do you think I need to add anything to those top side sections or it's fine the way it is?

Also, bear in mind the print is so tiny but this is going to be blown up to 20x30.

TIA!

EDIT: I should also add that the names are listed in alphabetical order by last name and the table number next to the names (it's hard to see)

I was just going to do this in lieu of escort cards.

I MAY do place cards at the actual seats because I am still trying to figure out the best way for me to execute placing a rose at the setting of everyone who is a mother because we are getting married the day before mother's day and we want to do something special for the mother's at the wedding.

I know basically, at least on my side, who is sitting with who but nothing is set in stone. I am seriously at the point where I don't have anything I can do now so I am trying to get all this little details out of the way now while I have the extra time LOL

oh that's right. I forgot you wanted to do that. that would be a good idea then. you can put them on tope of the napkin on the plate or something like that, this way everyone had a rose that is supposed to get one. does your RH supply escort cards?

they do but I personally don't like them so I am going to do our own place cards if we go that route.

I really can't think of any other way to do it than doing the place cards because I would really like to have it be a surprise for them when they sit down.

You can have someone from the RH hand them to the mothers on the way out of the wedding. They do it at resturants all the time. And then they will have them to take home. Maybe on the flower and sticker tag of some sort that says 'happy mothers day'

... and then you dont have to worry about where they sit.

thank you! It all started with the invitations and I just went with it from there. Staying focused on the one theme has really helped me to just figure out and make decisions on everything and now I am getting things done left and right.
