As an actual 4th of July bride I thought they were great!

We might do sparklers at the wedding.

Oh, to be even more patriotic instead of the run of the mill placecards we are buying the mini (4 X6) American flags and putting easch guest and table number on them and then filling a galvanized steel drink pail with sand and guests can find their flag.

Also, instead of doing favors we are working with a veterans organization and sending out care packages to the soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Just some ideas.
