Is it tacky to put forever stamps on the response card envelopes for people to send back to me??? Since the postage went up there aren't any nice stamps (I do not want to buy from zazzle or anything since it is so much more money) and I have soooo many forever stamps but I do not want to come off as tacky. What do you think?

Not tacky... I really don't think people care that much what a stamp looks like.

If you have them use them, people don't really pay attention to the response stamp.

I'm not sure, whatever they have at the post office!!! Lol. I just can't see spending so much more money on stamps when they are already going to cost so much. We are trying to save whereever we can and I personally feel that is a place where we can save.

The wedding stamps are available! I saw them in the post office this weekend!
But to answer your original question, who cares? It's a stamp!

Do it, it's the response anyway so it's not like they'll be saving it!

Re: Tacky or not tacky
Not tacky. A few weeks after I sent out my save the dates my coworker said I'm so glad I didn't get personalized stamps. ... I asked why and she said I just noticed 2 wks later you put lavender love stamps on your STDs.
The forever stamps are cool and patriotic with the liberty bell. Go for it.
I think this is my 300th post! yippee

Not tacky!! If you have them, use them. I don't think you should spend more money on fancy stamps. Honestly, I don't even notice the stamps on response cards, I just make sure there's something on there before I mail it back.

Not at all I'm sure everyone understands that with the rate change there is nothing available, and to be honest I doubt many people will even notice

It's not tacky at all! I totally did that and all the wedding invites I have gotten this year have Forever stamps on the response card envelopes too! I really don't think the guests pay any attention to that, and if they do, and think you're cheap or something, then oh well for them! We're planning a wedding here, we need to save money where we can!
