Love Tae Bo...did it faithfully every evening about 4 years ago...great work-out when done properly. I love Pilates but personally can't get motinated with the tapes.

I have two work-out tapes (lower body and total body) that I also really like by Tony ?? The guy who promotes the Gazelle on the infomercials. He's so funny and enthusiatic, I like his videos. Then there's always 8 minute abs and buns!

I dont think im going to keep the winsor Pilates DVD's...I think im going to sell them on ebay. If anyone wants them I am going to sell them for $45.00. That is what I paid for them with shipping...They are brand new and they include a few extras....

I think im going to get the walk away the pounds tapes....Because i have heard many good things about it from my friends on the WW forums...

I just got the Windsor pilates tapes the other day. I slammed in the beginner dvd, and was on the rug doing it. I got 'stuck' on my lower back when I was doing the rolling backwards/forwards exercise, I forget what they call it.

I've been with the heating pad ever since. I have 3 huge black and blues on my lower back and its all swollen. SItting and laying is so painful.

So much for me doing this daily until I have to get measured for my dress!

I put my pilates dvds on ebay.....Seach for budsvtec under sellers if you are interested.
