Out of all the name brands out there, FH now wants a Tag Watch. Are they really that expensive? I would love to buy him one but I'm afraid to even look into it.

they vary in prices. i've seem some for $1K and some over $3k! FH wanted the one that was over $3k and now he doesn't which sucks b/c that would've been my gift to him
if you don't have a macy's card, you can open one up and get extra % off

They're definitely a higher end watch, Swiss, good reputation. I've seent hem anywhere from $500 to $5000 depends on what he wants
My FH wants a blinged out Movado. That's not happenning for the wedding, it's gonna be cheaper to get him an awesome TV!

My FH wanted a Tag more than a rolex!! He says it's the younger version of a rolex, so I bought him one when we got engaged.
I got an automatic (which means you do not ever need a battery, but you have to also buy a watch shaker to keep it in when you are not wearing it (which also cost me a few hundred bucks)) but ended up spending over 5K ! !
As my mom said, i think i still made out of the deal :) anddd my FH loves it

Fh wants a Breitling watch and of course the one he wants is like $6k. FML FML FML
I would looooooove to buy one for him but that's a little toooooo much for me to be spending especially when we are paying the entire wedding ourselves

I just bought FH a Tissot watch as his wedding gift - it was about 1k. I would have went for a Tag or Breitling if we weren't paying for the whole wedding.

depends on which one he wants. FH orginally wanted a TAG and it was ike $5000, not he wants a $7500 breitling!
Ive seen them from about 1k to 5k
Go to a jeweler who can get you one for a better price.
