Can someone tell me if they booked one of the Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora packages (which one it was, what it cost). Also, how long is the flight from LA? Was it totally worth it?

We are taking a cruise to Tahiti and the french Polynesia. We are taking the Tahiatin Princess. My FMIL is there right now and has been e mailing us and she said it is breath taking! We are having a suite on the ship and we are also taking 5 days to LA to break up the trip. I think the cruise is going to be about $4,000. ( for both of us, Fh and me) The plane ride to LA is about 6 hours and the plane ride to Tahitii is about 8 hours.
