I voted 5 diamond...thats what I have...

I was looking for sapphire as well, but when I went to look the jeweler told us that it often looks dirty when you put sapphires in wedding bands...it didn't look quite right...test them out before anything!!

I am having the same issue. My ring size is 4.25 and I want to get a ring with diamonds across the front or all the way around, but when you try the larger sized ones on they don't line up right. But I'm thinking when we get it in our size, it should be okay. I still have a lot of time, but I'd be curious to know how it works out. Good luck

I voted for the 5 diamond because I like having the two rings together but if you like the sapphires you could do a mix. My band originally had 5 diamonds but I had them take out 3 of the diamonds and put in sapphires...my ering is a diamond w/ two sapphires (it does not look dirty).
