1. Greece- Santorini, Crete, Athens, Mykonos, but really like everywhere 2. Italy- Venice...I WILL get a legitimate Venetian mask one of these days 3. France-Probably just Paris, but I'd love to go to Normany during apple season for the cider! 4. Switzerland- birth right 5. Russia- I've always been fascinated with St. Petersburg and Moscow, and Alexei Yagudin the figure skater LOL, plus I took lots of russian language and lit courses in college and loved it.

Instead, I decided I hit everyone with so many questions yesterday, to save it for tomorrow. That is some SERIOUS spooky stuff!!

Okay.
1. Egypt. I've wanted to go there FOREVER. I just wish it wasn't so sandy. Or hot. Or terroristy.
2. One of those Ice hotels. I just think that sounds so great! I guess anywhere they have them.
3. Amsterdam. I've been there twice, but I'd go back tomorrow. I'd live there if I could. No particular reason.
4. Italy. I've been to Rome, but not the rest. I have family there, so I'd LOVE to go through the whole country, especially Venice and Florence. I love art and architecture, so I think this would be incredible.
5. Burning Man. Is this considered a place? It's a festival in the desert they have every year. I think it looks incredibly interesting. Again, though, I hate heat like poison, and I don't think I could do it. I actually can't watch any movies that take place in the desert, or westerns, because there's so much dust, it makes me thirsty. So I'm drinking and peeing the whole movie, and I miss everything.
I know there are a million more, but I have to go home! I'll log on again from there to change all my answers, because I'm sure these are all wrong.

Amsterdam is one of my favorite places too!
I loved EVERYTHING about it. I went alone for 2 weeks, and i wasn't alone the entire time. I'd go to the browncafes and sit down with my diary and write, and people would approach me and ask me what I was writing! And this would happen ALL THE TIME. It was, by far, the most social place in the world.
It's different at bars, where everyone goes in a group and they're all drunk. TOTALLY different feel. It was such a pleasure to go alone. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't!
And by the way, the museums here are the best in the world. I had a moment with this painting below, called Almond Blossoms by Van Gogh. I think I stood there staring at it for 4 hours- I have no idea. So I bought a print in the museum shop, and it's been with me for years. I love it so much, I made it the seal on our invitations!
