$400,000 is ridiculous to sue for... I understand if she sued for the cost of the flowers, but were there really damages? The only reason why I'd say she's not crazy for sueing them is because you sign a contract stating exactly what you should be getting. Would they still let you have the flowers if you didn't hold up your end of the deal (paying)? I dont think so, so why shouldn't they be responsible for their end!

I read about this also.... its just sad. The florist messes up the color of the flowers, so the bride feels the need to sue for the entire cost of the wedding?? Lol... get over it. And whats sadder is she found a lawyer to represent her!

I mean, I can understand being pissed about the flowers, but to sue for 400,000 in emotional damages?? W T F lady! Thats just wrong on so many levels!
