Talking homes
Hey Guys, Someone from the 2010 boards recommended I stop by here. My FH and I are in the 'talking' stage about purchasing a home. We are thinking we probably won't buy until after the wedding because my FH has a home buyers incentive from his job that takes some time to process. Anyway, we are talking about buying vs. building. How is everyone doing it? and Why did you decide to buy vs. build? Is it a major difference in price to build a new home? Also, what about condos and co-ops? I know these are a lot of questions...all of this stuff is just SO new and we keep hearing its a great time to own something. TIA!!
