Tall Grass Country Club

Not getting married there but we ment with the BM there a few times. If you have any questions let me know... I will try to answer them!

It was very pretty and by far the best price that we got anywhere! The grounds are pretty, but there are no trees anywhere on the golf course, only grass (hence the name I guess!!). They do have a pond on the course that you can take picture in front of which is pretty, but quite a long way from the clubhouse (we took a golf cart to see it)

I went and looked at it first with my mother before they did any construction. At that time there was no bridal suite (it was their office) and the restaurant for the golfers was in the same room as you would have the reception, seperated by a partition! According to the women We met with they would be converting the office to a bridal suite and moving the golfers out of the ballroom. she told us that all of that would be done by the end of the week (this was in may)

I brought FH back there the next day, he like it but was not totally sold, so we decided to keep looking. We ended up back the about a month and a half later and none of the construction was done!

They do not a have a seperate room for cocktails, so if it is nice they do it out side but if not cocktails are in the main ballroom where you will have dinner. The bridal suite did not have a bathroom (for some reason this really bothered FH, I could care less!)
