tall grass country club

Just wondering if anyone has had a wedding/been to a wedding at any of the Lessing's facilities...I looked at Tall Grass Country Club and have an appointment to go see Timber Point...Thanks

I have been to a wedding at TPCC and it was wonderful!! TGCC is very affordable right now as they just opened and the woman there, Janet (I think) is soo sweet! Good luck!

We are considering Timber Point and it is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you talk to Ben. He was so helpful and understood exactly what we envisioned. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the food is delicious. Best of luck.

I saw Smithtown Landing CC but I didn't really like it. The large room is ok but I'm having a small wedding and the small room just doesn't seem nice enough for a wedding. JMO.

We had ours at Timber Point. Everything was great. There are a few great reviews on the Bride Review board if you want details. I've never heard of anyone with a bad experience there.

Thanks for writing back...I have an appointment at TimberPoint next weekend. My fiancee really likes it from what he can see online...I am glad to hear you had a great time there...anything else you can think of about Timberpoint let me know...oh, was it a summer wedding?...we are lookimg for next summer...

We had our ceremony and reception at Timberpoint CC and it was awesome.

I've been to a wedding at Timber Point and loved it. When we got engaged we made an appt to see it and we met with Ben. He was so nice...even told us if we didn't book with them and had questions that he would answer them.
I personally did not like Tall Grass Country Club but only b/c we wanted to get married in the winter and they would have no way to accomodate all our guests for the cocktail hour. A winter cocktail I think they said can only hold 125 and it would be in the restaurant portion which was tiny.
It was a beautiful place and very affordable.
