tan, relaxed, and happy!( and married!)
I am back from my ceremony/reception and mini -moon in the Hamptons! Woo-hoo!
Thank you to all who gave me support and held my cyber -hand, especially on the DIY's.
We had a beautiful night, everything looked lovely, and my band was amazing.We all danced like crazy.
Even though we had a civil ceremony in April, we ended up having a 'surprise' religious ceremony, which was beautiful and made my family really happy. I consider the weather my wedding gift from my late father.
I even sat next to someone at lunch the next day who watched it all from his boat,and enjoyed it.
I'm especially proud of the decorations, flowers, and favors which I did myself.
And yes *everyone* who told me not to get so worked up over the guest list was right. The people who needed to be there were there.
Again thanks for all your help, and I hope to get a some pix up this week!
Also you have not heard the last of me, I still have a reception in California 9/20 and our 'official' honeymoon in Kauai.
