Tanning guru's help!!

I've never tanned a day in my life. I'm a very white girl lol. Thinking something of a light glow. Would prefer a spray tan but worried will the color stain on my dress???
We can't have that!!!
Or am I better off for just once in my life using tanning bed method (with trial run be4 big day) Or just stay pasty white lol
Anyone have experience in this area? Would love your advice and the best places to go!

If you exfoliate really well before you go, spray tan will not rub off. I love spray tan. Looks great.

This because like you said you have never tanned. You may burn if you do a bed.

I would do a trial if you decide to spraytan and have never done it before just to make sure you get the color right. I love Redhots in Roslyn, they customize your color and an actual girl airbrushes you which makes for even coverage.

If you are going to do a bed, start now bc you'll have to go a few times so that you tan, rather than burn. Go to a good place and then should advise the best bed for you.

Definitely NO tanning bed!! Spray tan. Airbrush only - Not the booth that sprays you automatically. Go for a trial run and tell them you just want a 'glow'. Less is more...you want to look glowing but not Jersey shore.

I agree, if you've never tanned or don't tan easily you could burn and I can't imagine how uncomfortable you would be in your dress with a sunburn (I just squirmed thinking about it).

I've gotten plenty of spray tans and if done correctly they're beautiful and not orange at all.

My wedding is 28 days away, if I do a trial this week or so. How many days before the wedding should I do it again?
Definitely don't tan well, I'm very white. And normally I embrace it, being its march wearing a strapless i amI at my whitest definitely would love a nice sun kissed glow, nothing crazy lol

Anyone have a favorite place? Would prefer to go where people have had positive experiences rather than a no name hack place lol
Thanks again been very helpful!!

I personally would go to a good tanning salon and use their weakest bed for the lowest time. Then gradually build up. I would be anxious to do a spray tan before my wedding.

I think 2 days before would be good, that way any excess that could potentially rub off onto your dress would be long gone. DEFINITELY go for at least 1 trial and wear a white shirt a day or 2 afterwards so you can get a good feel of how it looks and test the rub off factor. HTH!

I like Oasis but Idk where you are located.

I agree 2 days before is best. If you don't normally tan, going in the real bed won't make you tan no matter how much you try.

I think two days before your wedding is good. Exfoliate really well before, especially your hands. Before I go, I put very light lotion on my hands so that not as much spray tan absorbs in. It works great. I moisturize with jergens natural glow afterwards to keep the tan looking fresh.

And definitely get spray tan before you get your nails done.

Either route you take I would do a trial now to see how you like it.
