Since they are predicting rain, I gave in and went tanning today for 10 minutes at Hollywood.
I am italian/spanish/german, so I tan (have some base color.....NEED TO LOSE THE LINES) I got some color from today's session, but how many more before I lose the lines???

It totally depends on how quick you tan. Are you using lotion? You should, moisturized skin tans easier.

I went 6 times I think before my wedding. I loved Hollywood tans. I liked standing up better than having to lie down!

Really, I did not know that moistureing is better
I tan easily. I can see a fint line around my tattos from the sun block I but on them.
I need to tan my chest and lose my lines for the dress I want to wear next saturday.
If $15 average for a tan session???

Yes, moisturizing helps, also, if you spritz yourself with a water bottle before you tan it soaks in the rays as well. Not saying if you don't do these things you won't get color, but these are good ways to get color. (I used to work at a tanning place in college)
Hollywood is really expensive I think, but people liek the color they get. I don't love stand-up's because your feet don't get that tan. And you have a tan body and white feet...lol

You should be fine in like 4-5 sessions and shouldn't see any lines. I don't know how tan you are and how prominent your lines are, so it is hard to say. But 5 sessions tops I would say. How much time do you have??

next sat the 20th. kind of noticable. but I only got to the beach maybe 5 times this year, so not that bad. And its been a few weeks since I last was at beach

When was the last time you tanned? You don't want to look too tan, cause you always look darker in pictures. I would say to go 2-3 more time TOPS!! I don't even think you should go 3 times, you might get too tan. Ask them if they can put you in a stronger bed. Or maybe that self tanner bed woudl even you out. Ask the people there, I don't knwo much about hollywood tanning.

I agree with Kim - try 2 more times and see how that works. I hardly ever go tanning - but before my wedding I went 3 times and it gave me a nice glow tan and got rid of any tan lines I had -even me out.

great, then I guess I have time. I will go sunday, and if need wed. Then I still have 3 days for it to mellow out, and worse case can do friday too, or use self tanners. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
(I can't believe I am tanning after the summer hardely ended,,usually I am a nice bronze, PATHETIC THIS YEAR!! )
