the best way is to contact her by email:

i'm going for a trial with her on january 9th. If you email her, give her at least a week to get back to you. She's a little slow in responding.

She's wonderful and so sweet. She is a little slow to reply to emails but it's still the fastest way to hear from her. So worth it though!
