target registry help

after i registered i looked online at my registry...
some of the items i scanned arent there.. and the registry gun showed that the item was added...
did this happen to anyone else?

no I'm sorry I didn't have that happen to me. Your sure the gun accepted it? Is it something you can add online so you don't have to go back?
