Tasting

We had our tasting yesterday! It was soo good! Now it just makes it so much harder to pick the menu! haha

SUCH a good problem to have

We had our Food Tasting at Floral Terrace - not only was the food amazing, the portions were huge and the presentation was GORGEOUS!!!

Menu: Lamb, Chilean Sea Bass, French Breast of Chicken, Shrimp Stuffed with Crabmeat...Delish!

They gave us sooo much but here goes:

First and Second Courses:
*Perfect Party Salad*(really good)
Flash Fried Shrimp and Meditteranean Rice
Tekka Platter(Seared Tuna)
Grilled Peach with Nut Encrusted Mascarpone

Combination Courses:
Sweet Onion Waffle with Warm Mozzarella
**Mushroom Strudel with Mesclun**(awesome)

Main Course Entrees:
*Pocini Dusted Filet Mignon*(Soo Good)
Caribbean Chicken
**Crispy Shrimp and Salmon with Spicy Ginger Glaze**(Awesome)
Grilled Center Cut Pork Chop(not usually a fan of pork but it was really good!)
East End Braised Duck
Diver Scallops and Shrimp au Gratin

Desserts:
Carrot Cake
Tiramisu
Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake
Cheesecake
Assorted Pastries

WOW!! It was really really good!
