So I have my tatsting in a few weeks.... sorry to sound naive but... what do I do? anything to ask? expect? look for?

I had a tasting...they present you with dishes they could or would serve at your wedding. It helped us choose our menu a little. We are actually going back to do a cocktail food tasting...it's fun!

We just had our tasting last week and it was so much fun! They brought us out varieties of all the different courses so it helps you to make selections for your menu. It was very filling but soooo much fun! Good luck and let us know how it goes!

We sat in the bridal suite the gave us a bottle of their champange and asked if we wanted anything else to drink then then served us a bunch of thing s that would be served for the cocktail hour and then a few samples of entrees It was great we where their for about Two hours with both of our mothers and it felt like private dining we really enjoyed it!!!
