When are you going to do it? When did you book? They originally told us to do it w/in the 30 days (so we could still cancel) but then when we booked they said 'yeah whenever' because our date is so far out. We wanted to do it ASAP but it was a bit tough to schedule all 6 people plus the hall !!!

I booked in October and we did have a tasting set but because of a health situation we have to postpone our tasting. We were fortunate to taste some of the cocktail food during our visits so we aren't worried.

It was SO GOOD! I still want to go to a showcase, as we only tried the actual main courses. I'm so glad I went, because the tilapia was so much better than the salmon and i LOVE salmon!
