Has anyone been to a tasting there? What will it be like (besides delicious!)?

Re: Tasting at Russo's on the Bay
I haven't had mine yet (trying to get around to scheduling it) but post this on the Official Russo's thread and see if anyone else knows..I'm kind of curious myself. I know the cake selections are listed on this thread.
Hi, i did my tasting last month, the food was great but we had to have what ever the bride of the day chose, which was not my taste. You get to pick from 11 choices. My only complaint was that i was there from 9:30 to 1:00 in the morning, it was toooooo long, i guess they served us when the guests at the wedding ate their course. I probablly would not go to the tasting if i had to do it again b/c i have had their food.

Re: Tasting at Russo's on the Bay
Wow, till 1 o'clock in the morning!!!! Something had to go wrong.
I did my tasting in May and we were sectioned off in the cocktail room. No appetizers but a full course meal. The food was great! Too bad you can't bring 11 people to try each item on the menu.
We were there for only about an hour maybe an hour and a half.
The service was great and Mr. Russo made an appearance.
I can't wait!!!
