TASTING CHECK!!
We had our tasting last night - it was AMAZING!!! I can't even explain how excited I am now!! People are going to be BLOWN away by this food!!We chose:
- An 8oz filet with truffle mashed potatoes and a bundle of veggies
- A cornish hen stuffed with wild rice over a bed of julienne veggies
- A parmesan and panko crusted local striped bass over herb risotto and brocollini
- Eggplant stack lasagna
We're prob going to change the chicken option because while a cornish hen looks amazing from a presentation standpoint it's kinda hard to eat and I don't like the idea of people sucking on bones at my wedding lol

it was BEYOND! I don't even really like fish, but our family was raving about it so i tasted it. INCREDIBLE!

Sounds like great choices! I agree with you on picking chicken over Cornish hens. It would be too much work for the guests
