Can anyone tell me how the tasting work? Do we select the dishes we want to try and just let them know? If we have 8 hors d'oeuvres, 2 carving stations, etc.. how many can we choose for tasting?!?!? HELP!

I think that every hall does it differently. My hall just has a tasing of CH stuff, which is kind of annoying. We'll come in while they have a wedding of similar size going on and they'll bring us food in the restaurant.

we just tasted the main meals... FH chose one and then I chose a different one...
