When we go for our tasting, do you usually only get the appitizers to taste or will they give us each of the entrees we are having? Also, are we supposed to tip whoever serves us?

we got all 3 entress as well and we didnt tip cause they were busy with the wedding upstairs everyone served us!

i just had my tasting on saturday...we got to taste a few of the CH chafing dishes, 3 of the entrees and a sample of the desserts.....we did tip...he was great...brought us whatever we wanted...(drinks & food), showed us CH once all the guests left and were in the ballroom and he answered all our questions.

Some places don't do the appetizers only the entrees. I used to work in a catering hall so I know every place is different.

I think w/ my RH they only do the entrees but I heard some places do apps too. I don't think you need to tip. Just think of all the money you are giving them already!!!!!!!

They gave us 2 dinners to try ( fish & chicken) and a bunch of App. My Fh did tip him. bUt I know most places are just App

they gave us all of the apps to taste, and all of the entrees. they also took drink orders and gave us whatever we wanted. then they brought one of their desserts. we didnt tip. didnt even think about it. besides as is we are paying so much why should we?
