FH and I just scheduled our tasting for a few weeks from now. What sort of things happen at tastings, other than trying some cake and the appetizers????? What sort of questions should I ask the caterer?
They bring you a selection of different foods they are going to serve the night or day of. If you taste something you dont want there or you dont think your guest like you can ask if they have a replacement for that item. Ask what kind of drinks will be served etc. The questions will come to you.
You are going to try a selection of different foods they are going to serve the day of your wedding. You get to choose what you like and tell them what you do not want. It will be a nice time....It is always fun to be able to pick your menu for your event........Good luck and enjoy it.....
