Tasting tomorrow!

Hey getting married in March of 2008 (it sounds so far away) but we are going for our tasting tomorrow at carlyle on the green, before we book..have any brides been to this tasting?? how does the food compare to the actual wedding day..i heard it is the same meat and food but not the same chef (tasting is in the restuarant)
