I just brought myself and a notepad to take notes of the food HAHA but I am crazy. We did tip our waitor, but I don't think it's mandatory.

Re: TASTING TONIGHT
Hmm...we didn't tip. I didn't really feel that it would have been appropriate. We had a private tasting in the middle of the afternoon with us and the restaurant manager. We were asked to select what we wanted to try ahead of times and several of the dishes were not there but we discussed all of the dishes and the ones we did sample they brought out one sample piece for both of us to share. In retrospect, we could have tipped I guess but it would have been an odd setting to slip him a few bills. Should I have paperclipped some $20's to the paperwork?
Maybe it depends on the setting of the tasting?

Re: TASTING TONIGHT
We tipped our server during our tasting too. We gave him $40.00 and were there for about two hours.
