Tasting was cancelled

As I mentioned yesterday, FH and I were scheduled for a tasting at our RH this Friday.

Just got a call from the person we booked with, telling me that their head chef - the one I spoke with before booking regarding the veggie wedding - is actually on vacation for the next couple of weeks and she felt it'd be better for us to go in when he's back because while the other chefs are great, our menu is pretty specialized and she felt that we would really get a representation of what our big day will be like if we wait a few weeks. She left it up to us though, and we agreed that waiting would be best.

So booooooooo because I thought I'd be calling out 'sick' on Friday.

But yaaaaaaaaaay for waiting for the best guy to whip up something delish.

Sorry you have to put it off.

However, that is GREAT customer service for them to know who you should sit with and for your special menu and all. I really think that shows a lot about a RH.

I agree, the customer service was awesome. Full explanation not even a day after I made my appointment.
