Me and FH got matching tattoos last September. Its written in Italian on our inner wrists. it means 'love is the air i breathe'

the pic is when it was healing and FH's has ointment on it, thats why the'r' looks messed up

all these are such great ideas!!!!!

I have 4 tattoos so far, so to add another one would be a breeze but to get FH to get a tattoo is like pulling teeth, he refuses lol

i have to show him these pictures and hopefully he will change him mind!

hes gonna get it where his band will be and im getting mine on my wrist...i dont know what i want it to say yet, just our date, or a cute quote or something, i want to get his intials but he dosent like that, he says getting someones name tatooed is bad luck and means well break up, so i just gotta think about what i want it to say :(

FH has alot ot tats but my fave is my name on his arm... he got it when we first got together(almost 8 years ago)!!

My FH is tat free and I am all inked up. I like the idea of getting tats together, not names but maybe initials. He writes poetry so maybe a line from a poem he has written me/ about me. But how to pick a favorite? <3

I actually have a tattoo that has meaning for FH and I, but I got it before i KNEW!

I actually got a tattoo with the word FATE after going through a hard time, I decided to get this tattoo as a way to let go of my past and leave my life up to fate....
I had just started talking to FH at the time...but it wasnt serious...
now we are engaged and we realized recently that our names Frank Andrew Teresa Elisabeth spell out fate.... So now the tattoo has EXTRA special meaning to me... We are actually going to get FATE engraved inside our wedding bands

FH and I have thought about getting each other's names in hebrew tattooed on our ring fingers under our wedding rings....we'll see what happens after the wedding, I guess.

the story above is so cool!!

i actually got two tattoos during 10 months that FH and I were not together but in the end, both of them are symbols of me and him together...one of them is waves...which we always talked about as a symbol of our relationship (but which i also convinced myself just was a symbol of my life...so that's why i got it when we weren't together) and the other one is the word 'dream' in hebrew...the dream part is me, just because dreams are really important to me, but the hebrew part is him...he's israeli. now we'll see if he wants to get any!!

FH and I are going to have eachothers names tattooed on our fingers under our bands and our wedding date tatted on the under side of our fingers.
