TAVERN on the Green

Anyone get/getting married at Tavern on the Green?

I have an appointment with them on Saturday and I'm just wondering about anyone's good or bad experiences at a wedding there.

I have been there for dinner to celebrate things. Like my parents 35th anniversary and we went with our parents to celebrate our engagement. The food is amazing and the decor is just out of this world. It is purely magical inside. I love it for dinner.

I have never been to a wedding there but from what I could see about other weddings going on while I was there was that it was chaotic. People coming in had no clue where to go and to which room. IMHO theres too much going on and that loses points for me. I think it is so pretty but I wouldnt want my wedding there. Plus whenever I have to go to the bathroom there is always an insane line and no where to move at all once you are in there. To me its like you are paying for the name but its not worth it, again my opinion. For dinner though to celebrate soemthing it is by far my alltime fav place to go.

Has anyone been to a wedding at Tavern? Was it chaotic?

I'd have a relatively large group so we'd have the biggest room (Crystal Room) - I would ASSUME that the room has it's own bathrooms but I can't be sure. I wouldn't want guests to have to wait on long lines all night. Anyone have any info?
