how does this work? does your whole purchase have to be under 100?

i do believe its a total or an item. and it has to be $110 or more. so you make several transactions.

You will not have to pay sales tax on items that are $110 or less. So you can purchase several items for $110 or less each and still not have to pay sales tax. This applies only to clothing and footwear until September 5th.
