TCOYF ( the book)

I went to 3 bookstores today, they all said they had it, they didnt! I finally ordered it online, like I should have in the first place. Hope its works it. Will it help me chart? Those who have read it.

love, Love, LOVE the book......did i say i love the book??

it is my bible. you will learn SO much about your body and ttc. every young girl should be forced to read this book. so many things that i thought were weird about my body as a teen were cleared up by tcoyf....

i have read it cover to cover and i swear i must reference it at least every other day.

you'll love it....baby dust, donna!!

Donna, the book is absolutely fantastic - I learned more about my cycles and my body in general at 35 years old than I knew about any of this stuff my entire adult life! I actually think even if you aren't TTC it should be a 'must read' for any female.

Big thanks to Deb for recommending it - I truly feel like I DO have more control over fertility .. and when to BD and when my most 'fertile' times of the month are. And since my cycles are very long and very irregular, this has helped me immensely in just understanding everything.. that we don't all ovulate the same time in our cycles, etc.

And yes it definitely helps with charting - though I wil admit to me, charting is a tad confusing still. But I'm sure in another few months I'll be more comfortable with it. I wasn't 100% consistent with taking my temps either, but I definitely narrowed down my ovualation date , etc, based on the other criteria

I also had purchased awhile ago the Clear Blue ovluation monitor and that REALLY helps me figure out when I ovulate (its very pricey, and in retrospect I probably could have just used the ovulation sticks.. but this was before I read the book )

The reason I started lurking on Ovusoft.com(TCOFY.com) is purely because of the book

OK I'll shut up now

I learned a lot of charting from the book and Ovusoft.com - both were really helpful!

Loved the book -- its a must read for all.

I am a constant charter, since July 04 and it helped me realize and understand that I DON'T ovulate at day 14 like most all websites tell you. I ovulate on day 20-22.

Charting is tough but well worth it. You really must be consistent and set the alarm clock RELIGIOUSLY at the same time EVERY day.

Do a search -- or go on their website and download the charts.

Happy reading.
