Tday eve..

Anyone NOT going out tonight... I kinda miss the days of where I got all excited to go out......

Now I sit home and hope my FH doesnt get hurt bouncing tonight.........

Sigh.....

sounds like me! I remember when I would NEVER miss going out on Thanksgiving Eve... I am such a loser, I have been in my pajamas for hours!!! I must admit though, it will be nice not to be hungover on Thanksgiving!!!

i was all geared up to party the night away and now we are pooped. we went to happy hour earlier and then came home and cuddled and **** :)
we will prob have some wine at home later and just be happy together.

I haven't been out on Teve in 7 years!!! Last time I was PG with DD and when someone bumped into me in a crowded bar I freaked out and left (I don't tend to like crowds anyway!) But the one before that was a doozy. We went to Planet dublin (I think that was the name if it, in Stony Brook?) and someone slipped a roofie in my drink. My friends all thought I was very wasted, but I had only had 2 drinks. That Thanksgiving was a hangover and a half!!

Yeah we came to the realization we're past the point of getting wasted in a crowded bar. I had a great time home.

I'm not out. I was so happy for a night to sit without doing work. I am just enjoying my wine and watching TV. Hope your FH is ok tonight!

I went out to Melting Pot for a friends b'day and it took almost 4 hrs to eat so we just went home. after we ate. I was shot after that. I was actually glad that it happened beacuse I was in a funk about going out. I guess beacuse I feel guilty about going out these days because of saving for the wedding.

I do kind of miss the days of getting excited to go out to a crowded bar and getting drunk of t-eve.

I said I wasn't going to go out, because I hate (and have always hated) crowded bars. We went out last year to Finnegans in Huntington and I almost had a panic attack it was so crowded. And were OUTSIDE on their backporch! Inside was like 1000 degrees and much more crowded. This year, we went to FH Riley's, a restaurant/bar also in Huntington (where we live) and sat at the bar for like 2 hours tops. It was not crowded at all (we got there at 8, left at 10), had drinks and apps and that's it! Very nice. I was asleep by 11!
