White tea is the best tea you can drink. It is super high in antioxidents!!!

You know what's good too. Oolong tea. It's tasteless just as is, but good for you.
Where can you get this? Is it only at speciality shops or can you get it in Stop & Shop?

I don't drink tea, but since green tea and white tea is sooo good for you, I use Dr. Brandt's Water Booster in Blueberry. One dropper full is equal to 15 cups of green tea, and it has white tea in it also. Its good for you and tastes yummy!

There is a chinese store off of Peninsula Blvd in Hempstead. That's where I got mine. IT's the chinese tea that they serve in most chinese buffets. It's a good cleanse.

ya and they dont have any added sugars. target also has a brand called Archer Farms and they have a good variety of green and white teas and I believe they also have ooling (sp?). Those are the best teas for you as far as offering health benefits.

Green tea is supposed to be really good, not so much in taste, but good if you're dieting. A girl I worked with who was very thin lost all of her baby weight pretty quickly and she said she drank one cup of green tea a day.
hmmmm interesting. im drinking the plain lipton tea and i feel like its leaving a weird taste in my mouth
I drink irish breakfast, english breakfast and earl grey but the irish breakfast is the besttttt. And I drink twinings - love it. After I drank it for a while, I found that if I drank lipton, I got that weird taste in my mouth. The twinings is more expensive, but sooooo worth it.
I also like to go to a tea store in Huntington called Tea & Tiques and get their loose tea. I have the thing you need to brew it at home. They have one called Tibetan Tiger: 'Our most popular tea! A Ceylon base blended with vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate flavors.' Soooo good. I don't taste the butterscotch and chocolate at all though, just yummy.
Oh I love diet ginseng iced tea by arizona. It is not at all bland or too sugary. I drink it all the time plus it has 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs.

It's awesome. I am going to the place this weekend with my mom and two aunts, been dying to take them for years. They have tea sandwiches that are delicious. Time for more tea at home anyhow! I bought twinings' loose english breakfast and the tea leaves are too small and they fall through the strainer thing I have, making a mess out of my tea.

Re: TEA!
Republic of Tea has the BEST TEAS. You can buy them at Whole Foods, Fairway or Kitchen Caberet (on Glen Cove Road near the LIE). I think Panera sells their stuff too, but not a big selection.
Pink Grapefruit Green Tea, Pomogranite Green Tea and Ginger Peach (decaf) are always in my house. They also donate to many causes, use sustainable farming and are an all around great company.
