I had tea length dresses it was really warm during my wedding. I say go for it!

We had tea length dresses for my sister's wedding in NOVEMBER so I think it's fine.

Not pros and cons I guess, I like them both, I feel long is more formal for a wedding, but shorter dresses are more fun and flattering often, and gives them a better chance of actually using them again. I also haven't found many long dresses that arn't ugly that also arn't $300 or more.
