TEA LENGTH OR FLOOR LENGTH?

LADIES HELP ME CHOOSE TEA LENGTH OR FLOOR LENGTH?

Many people will go with floor length if the wedding is formal and/or at night. Though tea length is nice if you are getting married in a hot temperature. I chose floor length for my BP because it is black tie in the winter. They are both lovely choices!

I'm doing both. Floor length for MOH, tea length for BM. I love the way that looks!

tea length is cute if you want a less formal look...and still pretty

but i love floor length..very elegant and traditional

I too wanted a tea length dress for my BMs but when i stood my MOH in one next to me in my dress, she looked too 'dressed down'. My dress is too fancy and it seemed off. So i got full lengths

You might want to judge what type of BM dresses you want based upon your own dress

Just a suggestion

BTW-that dress is REALLY pretty either way. Great color

I think for the benefit of my bridesmaids I am going with tealength. I had a bad experience this year with almost passing out because of how hot my dress was (and the lack of AC)!

I also found an elegant tea length dress that I really liked.

I'm having tea length because I think it would easier for BM to wear the dress again and get more than one use out of it, especially since the dresses are so expensive. Plus I love the way it looks. My wedding is an evening affair and I don't believe a tea length dress takes away form the formality of the affair. JMHO!!!

I agree with you MrsFelix.
I am having tea length as well. My BMs picked it out and the fact that they liked the same dress is a mini miracle.

I also love tea length dresses, they are great for summer weddings, but i feel that floor lenght looks more formal.

My BM are wearing tea length, I picked it knowing that they could wear the dress again. I think that the style that I picked definately does not make it look less formal. I just love that way it looks.

I chose floor length because I found a dress that I love! However, if you have options I would go with the tea length only because you are getting married in August and it may be really hot for your girls.

i think tea length is appropriate more for summery weddings but its up to you. they are both really nice

I personal love the long.. b/c it is formal and a wedding to me is formal..

but my friend had a afternoon wedding on the golf course so tea length fit better..
