Does anybody know if their schools are hiring, even for building sub positions right now? I just finished my Master's in Early Childhood and Special Education and I'm looking for a job!
Have a great day back! Vacation ending is soooo sad!

i think all schools could use subs. as far as permanent positions......a lot of districts are going through a crunch and making cuts due to the economy.
i'm in shoreham wading river...you can try there

I am in Connetquot and we are always looking for subs. As far as next year, the budget situations will unfortunately effect us all.

If you have early childhood and special ed...try an agency like Kidztherapy. They will probably have openings for SEITS or EI teachers. They are in garden city, but have a suffolk office too. And you can basically take cases wherever. Also, Try Variety child learning center. I know it's prob not full time...but better than nothing!!
