I'm not a teacher in a school district yet, but when I am, I plan to return to my current job in the summer. I'm a teacher at Gymboree right now.

I teach summer school full time. Our building is air conditioned by law so I figure I may as well spend someone else's dime than my own. Truthfully, the work is less and we have one trip a week. I enjoy it. When I have kids old enough for camp, I will work in that camp so my kids can go for free.

thanks..not sure yet. I work a 2nd job (PT) already and am trying to decide about ANOTHER PT job for the summer (I would rather not! ) but we will see...outdoors sounds good

Last year I worked summer school which was awesome b/c it was over by noon and every Friday we were off..the district I'm in now doesn't have Summer School for my position
