Teachers educator expenses for fed. taxes
Do you send the receipts in with your taxes or do you just need to have them in case you're audited?
I've been checking the IRS site and can't tell!

Don't send them with the return. You only need them if you get audited. Save them for min. of 4 years.

Dont forget to include your union dues too!! I learned that last year.
