My resume is 3 pages long and I still feel like I didn't write everything I wanted to!

Mine is 2 pages there was no way at the time i was condensing it.
Im not sure if 3 pages might be considered too much
I know other professions now do CVs which are lengthier resumes - but those include areas they have done research in and internships and etc.

Make sure you are only doing your most recent teching jobs. You can talk about the other stuff once you get the inerview. Also short and simple really works. Administration wants to be able to quickly glance at a resume and get the idea. Don't overload it with everything you have ever done that relates to teaching.

I just have so many other jobs I need to added like after school center, test prep classes, tutoring, committees I am on, fundraisers I run for the school.

Why don't you add those things in a place where you don't have to get into deatail. Maybe just list them as extra activities geared toward the education filed.
You know what I mean? Like don't have an entire section for each one. group them together

Yes for the smaller things like teaching test prep and tutoring and fundraiser, i would just list those things under another heading. you dont need to explain in detail. its nice to tell them that did those things, but if they want to know specifics on those they can ask

You have to consolidate....No one wants to read your biography and they'll just toss it in the garbage if it is too long....
I've been on a few interviewing committees for my district and they honestly quickly review your resume...if something catches their eyes then you get the call back
