Has anyone been to this salon? I received a post card from them but don't know anything about them. They are giving a free make up trial.

Re: Technicolors
I guess no one has heard of them. I am trying to figure out a good place to get my make up done.

Re: Technicolors
I go to them all the time, and I think they do great work. I have never had an updo or anything done there (just cuts and highlights), but I was there on prom night for some high schools last year and the girls all left looking beautiful. When I was there a couple of weeks ago I took a look at a photo album they had of brides there, and was pretty impressed.
I'm not going to be using them for my wedding because I'll be at my mom's out in West Islip (and needing my hair done at 6AM!). But I would definitely recommend going in for a hair trial!

Oh, and the make-up they use there is very high quality. (I just noticed that you were really asking about their make-up).

Re: Technicolors
Hi. Regarding technicolors....A friend of mine got married about a year and a half ago. Most of the bridal party got their hair done there. To be honest, I didn't like it too much. I wasn't crazy about how my hair came out. Everyone's was just okay. NOthing spectacular. My friend (the bride) did get her makeup done there as well and that DID come out really nice. So, as far as makeup, their not bad. Hair - Don't bother.
