what do you use and what is best? i cant afford to go and have them whitened even though i would love to. ive used the strips before and find them such a hassle. what are some alternatives? i dont find that whitening toothpaste makes much difference.

i use rembrandt teeth whitener. the one with the gel you squeeze out like a needle and onto this teeth guard. it may feel wierd but it works. after a couple of uses you'll begin to see a difference. this brand came in handy for my wed.
